A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal moneys out of the treasury from the balance of available federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, to the governor's office--commission for national and community service, account no. 7754, supplementing chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.

WHEREAS, The governor has established the availability of federal moneys, receivable for a new program and available for expenditure in fiscal year 1993-1994, the same is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the budget bill, chapter one, acts of the Legislature,first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety- three, be supplemented by adding to title two, section five thereof, as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement the budget act for the fiscal year 1993-1994 by providing for a new account to be established therein to appropriate federal moneys received for expenditure in the fiscal year 1993-1994. Such amount shall be available for expenditure upon passage of the bill.
